Rules and Regulations For Felix Swing Band

As a member of our organization, you are asked to conduct yourself in a professional manner. Our commitment to professionalism is of paramount importance if we are succeed collectively. Therefore, we have prepared this list of rules and regulations.

1. All band members are to be properly uniformed in a standard blue suit, the issued tie and white shirt; or black tuxedo and white shirt, when designated. All members must wear black polished shoes with darks socks. No sneakers are allowed.

2. All members are to be ready on stage at the designated start time. Tardiness will result in a fine or dismissal from the bran. We strongly encourage you to be on the job 1/2 hour before the official commencement .

3. No food, chewing gum, or radios are allowed on stage.

4. No warm-up or practicing on stage is permitted unless authorized by the bandleader.

5. Band members are representatives of Felix Swing Band® and are not authorized to solicit engagements while on the job. You are to have only the promotional material issued by the bandleader.

6. All requests and inquiries by the audience are to be directed by the bandleader.

7. Store all cases and coard in the closet and keep belongings off-stage.

8. We reserve the right to pay AT THE END OF EACH MONTH and send checks within (5) days to each musician listing the engagements of the previous month.

9. Any disputes and or comments are to be directed to the bandleader off the job-site preferably by telephone the next day.

10. When flowers are issued, band members are required to wear them pinned on your lapel.

11. Band overtime will be pro-rated based on the playing time.

12. Recording and photographing the band is prohibited unless authorized by the bandleader.
